Delete your HERLI account

HERLI is a dating app operated by Klaudia Wojkowska. This page explains how to request deletion of your HERLI account and the data associated with it.
Delete in the app
- Open the HERLI app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are then permanently erased.
You can also choose to pause your account instead of deleting it, from the same Settings screen.
Prefer email?
Send a request from your registered email address to
herliapp@outlook.com
with the subject
"Delete my account", and we will erase your data.
What gets deleted
Permanently: your profile and all its details, your photos, your identity-verification selfie, your messages, your matches and Blind Dates, and your preferences.
What may be kept, and why
- Anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.
- Safety or abuse reports, retained for up to 90 days for legal and community-safety reasons.
- Minimal records where the law requires us to keep them.
How long it takes
Deletions made in the app are processed immediately. Email requests are handled within 30 days.
